    I explained above …
I explained above partially why you are incorrect in this assumption.

Some fruits actually grow seedless in the wild. Certainly bananas & papayas do.

And no problems with sugar. Sugar is our primary fuel. Simply eat enough calories and then get extra minerals from your consumption of greens.

To say anything otherwise is purely theoretical. Since I’ve lived this way and so have many others for a number of years with great success. In my case over 8 years now.

  2. ACEBAKER911 Says:

    Technically …
Technically speaking ‘ seedless’ Fruit is an Oxymoron.

The Botanical definition of a Fruit is a plant product that contains SEEDS. if you Read the famous Genesis scripture in the Bible with Reference to Food so often quoted

” Fruits and herbs BEARING SEED, shall be ur food

it didnt say ” Ultra Hybridized seedless Fruit grown purposely for that reason so that it tastes like Candy loaded with un natural sugar by man shall be ur food , and for a reason !

  3. ACEBAKER911 Says:

    ” only thing that …
” only thing that Causes dental problems is Plaque on the Teeth ‘

So you are saying you dont think Diet has any Relation to Tooth Decay ?

  4. jckchrstphr Says:

    I agree, and …
I agree, and they’re more active.

  5. SoaringEagle5344 Says:

    Before bananas were …
Before bananas were mass hybridized for commercial production they had black seeds in them. Look at any photos of wild bananas. Papayas have black seeds in them too. I assume you never had a banana with seeds as most Americans have not. Seek one out and notice how much more filling they are over the seedless ones.

  6. RogerHaeske Says:

    Actually the …
Actually the bananas people eat in the US have not been hybridized by humans. Bananas naturally go seedless or seeded because of their triploid genetics.

Plus I have gotten several reports from different people of “wild” bananas that were seedless.

Also papayas can grow seedless in the wild as well.

thanks roger, your comments on this video reveal the depths of your knowledge on this issue. thank you.

i am 33 but i look mid 20, i guess i have good genes or something.

  9. bladdan Says:

Hi Roger, what do u think about tea? i drink 2-cups per day.I have stopped drinking coffee about 1 year ago.

hmm how the H### can we Nordic people get sunshine?

  11. MissyBelleSYD Says:

    @bladdan I dont …
@bladdan I dont know about Nordic people…but in Australia if you want to stay young you should stay out of the sun…I get burnt within 5 mins here and that’s with 30+ sunscreen covering every inch of my body …

  12. GaryNull Says:

    The genes are a …
    The genes are a factor.
When I was 32, I was asked for ID when going to a bar one night.
But as soon as you get over 45, it’s gets harder to stay “young” looking, lol.

  13. ACEBAKER911 Says:

I eat and enjoy and …
I eat and enjoy and love Fruit !

However, No One makes the huge distinction in the TYPE of Fruit that should be eaten and which types should be Avoided.

Seedless Fruits, which are so popular and consumed in USA market, are NOT natural nor Healthy if consumed in large quantities over Long term.

When a Fruit has Lost its Seeds through Massive Hybridization and bred to be that sugary sweet, Mineral Nutrition goes down.

Nature dictates that all Fruit SHOULD contain its Seeds

  14. RogerHaeske Says:

    All fruit is …
All fruit is hybridized and always has been. So you’d best clean up your terminology.

There’s nothing wrong with hybridized fruit and quite frankly animals have created natural variations in fruit simply by which fruit they chose to eat.

Hybridization is a normal part of nature.

Some fruits have been hybridized by humans. Some no longer have seeds.

Funny thing is bananas which are seedless can actually go seedless on their own due to their triploid genetic structure.

  15. RogerHaeske Says:

    Again you are …
Again you are showing your unsound thinking on this issue.

Firstly, I don’t recommend a fruitarian diet. I recommend eating a lot of fruit and a lot of greens.

Secondly to say that fruit eating causes dental problems & tooth decay is another claim that has been disproven long ago by dentists.

Only thing that causes dental problems is the film of plaque on the teeth. Either visible or invisble.

Get rid of the plaque & no cavities.

    The only

  16. jckchrstphr Says:

    And some long lived …
And some long lived cultures, the Okinawans, eat high GL (rice).

Personally, I eat a high fat (mostly sat. fat) diet. I don’t tolerate other high carb diets well at the moment.

  17. ACEBAKER911 Says:

    But many people …
But many people have noticed and i agree, that Doug Graham has aged alot in the last 10 yrs. He looks like an old man now

Dr. Brian Clement at 61 yrs old, who eats very little high glycemic Fruits , Looks much younger than Graham

  18. PaulHartXYZ Says:

    Yeah, but their …
Yeah, but their caloric intake is far below that of other cultures.

  19. RogerHaeske Says:

    You’re showing your …
    You’re showing your ignorance.

  20. RogerHaeske Says:

    Yeah and I look …
Yeah and I look like I’m in my 20’s. So what.

I know so many people who’ve been eating high fruit diets for years and they look very young for their age. They look amazing in fact.

There are many causes for aging. To point out one supposed cause without really knowing the details of a particular individual is misguided.

  21. ACEBAKER911 Says:

    Roger

    i agree that …
    Roger

i agree that you do look great ! i never said you didnt , nor did i say that Everyone who eats 80 10 10 looks old or unhealthy.

However, what i am saying is, we shouldnt say at same time that EVERYONE that eats High Fruit diets looks young or healthy.

Because its simply Not True as i just used Dr. Graham as an example.

Eating a Huge amount of very Hybridized seedless Fruit as a staple of ones diet doesnt resonate with my common sense nor sound Healthy

  22. ACEBAKER911 Says:

    i agree with you, …
i agree with you, i was brought into this area of food from my long time studies of Classic NATURAL HYGIENE,

Drs Shelton, Vetrano, Bass, Tc Fry etc. This whole idea being promoted Now that literally eating 30 Bananas a day is excellent for Long term Health is Ridiculous in my Opinion.

Dr. Brian Clement has more scientific sound reasonable advice in this Area in my Opinion. i know many Fruitarians develop massive Dental Problems due to excess Sugar

  23. ACEBAKER911 Says:

    i know and …
i know and understand that Food isnt everything, and theres more to health and aging than just food

however equally true, is that its a HUGE and Extremely important part of it all and Eating incorrectly has Huge consequences if not corrected in time

  24. RogerHaeske Says:

    In my experience …
In my experience the glycemic index and glycemic load is of little importance. Especially when it comes to eating raw fruits.

Yet most fruit is low to low middle glycemic. But if you account glycemic load it would be a very high glycemic diet.

I should be aging rapidly if that’s the case and so should thousands of others. The Glycemic Index can be quite misleading.

  25. PaulHartXYZ Says:

    Actually, raw food …
Actually, raw food is naturally much lower on the Glycemic index than cooked food… that includes fruit. Apples, all berries, peaches, etc. are all very low on the index. So eating a RAW diet keeps your blood sugar even… avoiding the spikes cooked veggies and fruit and give you.
