Anti-Aging Facial Massage
How I massage my face to slow down aging and relieve stress.
I do this once a week or so.
After rinsing the oil off, I follow with regular skincare steps.

a cheaper …
a cheaper alternative is just to use avocado or almond oil. I find these work very well and don’t cause breakouts (they actually heal and restore the natural barrier to the skin)

what kind of towel are you using for your hair? and also, do you think that this oil is good for people with oily skin, or mixt to oily? thanks
